He's baaa-aaa-aaack!!
In an unexpected move, the wild Boogeyman returns our 11th anniversary BIG BANG BIRTHDAY BASH competing in the ring and taking part in the autograph and photo session, as well as making a special appearance at ZERO TOLERANCE, both events Saturday, September 22nd at Memorial Hall in Melrose, MA!!
The Boogeyman made an impact in WWE from day one, debuting shortly before Halloween 2005 on Smackdown, helping Teddy Long (also appearing at the BIG BANG BIRTHDAY BASH September 22nd) defeat Eric Bischoff in a battle of GM's at Survivor Series 2005. At Royal Rumble 2006, he scored what many considered a major upset over former WWE Champion (and Uprising leader) John Bradshaw Layfield. At WrestleMania XXII in Chicago, injured only being able to use one arm, he defeated Booker T & Sharmell. At Armageddon 2006, he ended the Miz's undefeated streak.
In early 2007, fellow MWF alumni Finlay ended Boogeyman's undefeated streak with the help of Hornswoggle. That introduced "Little Boogeyman" and a series of tag team matches between the two duo's. Boogey was last seen on Smackdown in a loss to Mark Henry, who destroyed Little Boogeyman in his final appearance for WWE.
Boogeyman was drafted to ECW and began a feud with Big Daddy V (another superstar appearing at the BIG BANG BIRTHDAY BASH) after destroying his manager Matt Striker. After being crushed by Big Daddy on "Striker's Classroom," Boogey vanished for several weeks before returning with an even more evil, destructive look. He defeated ECW Champion John Morrison via DQ, which led to Boogeyman & CM Punk defeating Morrison & Big Daddy V on NBC's Saturday Night's Main Event. On an episode of Raw, Boogey spit his worms all over the stars of the Jackass TV show. His final appearance was a loss to Kane in March 2009.
Boogey made his MWF debut at SOUL SURVIVOR VI with a victory over "Executioner" Brian Milonas. He's picked up several wins as well as challenged for the MWF Heavyweight Championship.
Now that the Boogeyman is back, joining Teddy Long, Ron Simmons, Big Daddy V, MWF President Paul Bearer, Al Snow, Little Guido and all of the hungry, young athletes on the MWF roster, what is on his agenda? There's only one way to find out, and that's be there LIVE September 22nd! Help spread the word so we can bring you more action packed events and superstars, tell your friends and fellow wrestling fans, get the link to the event out on Facebook and Twitter - let's get fans in New England that have never experienced the MWF live to see what it's all about!
