As we inch closer to our 11th anniversary BIG BANG BIRTHDAY BASH Saturday, September 22nd at Memorial Hall in Melrose, MA, the main event is now official as "Straight Edge" Brian Fury will defend the MWF Television Championship against the veteran Al Snow!

On the July MWF Cyberstarz, before the event even began with fans coming down from the autograph / photo session, Snow and Fury began brawling all over Memorial Hall in an unexpected incident where there was no history between the two.  Once they made it to the ring, the attitude-changing Fury used a low blow on Snow before Al could get a steel chair away from the TV Champ and smash it across his back.

We've been trying to get comments from both individuals but have been unsuccessful up until this point.

This is a major match for both athletes for different reasons.  Al Snow has competed all over the world, winning several championships in WWE, running Tough Enough on both MTV and Smackdown and was the head trainer for WWE's developmental program responsible for you seeing numerous stars on WWE TV today.  Al's currently the EVP of Talent Relations for TNA and can be seen on Impact Thursday nights on Spike TV as one of the judges in the Gut Check competition.  Al's been a long time friend to the MWF, but when it comes to championship matches, he's 0-1, losing to former MWF Heavyweight Champion Dylan Kage on July 4th, 2006.  To a veteran like Snow, a match like this against a young gun is a must win.

Brian Fury is a Millennium Wrestling Federation original, competing in the first match in company history September 28th, 2001.  His near four year reign as MWF Television Champion is by far the longest of any of the three previous title holders ("Die Hard" Eddie Edwards, "Million Dollar Investment" Tommaso Ciampa and "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal).  Ever since winning the gold at SOUL SURVIVOR V, he has been a wrestling machine, only getting better and better as the years go on.  This match could go down as the biggest of Fury's career.  As an athlete, he thrives off of competition and a victory over a superstar known worldwide like Snow would be a notch on his belt, especially where there's some kind of grudge between the two.  It could also be a stepping stone for his career;  personal issues aside, if Snow feels Fury could benefit the TNA roster, he could sign him to a contract with the company.

Fans, VIP Packages are flying and tickets to both the BBBB and ZERO TOLERANCE are on-sale now at discounted prices.  What a weekend it's going to be fans - 2 live events, 7 featured superstars, an autograph / photo fanfest, charity auctions & raffles, in-ring photo opportunities and so much more.  VIP Packages are by far the best value in professional wrestling.  On September 22nd, be where the superstars and legends of yesterday, today and tomorrow are LIVE!  It's a wrestling experience you'll never forget!
